Nelly Vassileva

Nelly Vassileva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and internal communications, currently serving as the Regional Chief Operating Officer at Morgan Stanley since February 2010. Nelly has held various senior roles, including Executive Director and Vice-President of Internal Communications, where responsibilities ranged from managing work streams across multiple functions to optimizing government financial incentives and ensuring effective communication in partnership with HR. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Nelly held positions at McGill University as Industry Liaison Manager and Career Advisor, focusing on employer development and student advising, and has successfully developed and implemented various recruiting and outreach programs. Nelly holds an MBA in Strategy from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia.
