Ozrenka Dragić

Ozrenka Dragić has extensive experience in the finance sector, specializing in fixed income structuring and quantitative analysis. Currently, Ozrenka serves in the Fixed Income Structuring team for Emerging Markets at Morgan Stanley since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ozrenka worked at Goldman Sachs from June 2020 to June 2025, holding positions as Executive Director and Associate in FICC Structuring and as a Quantitative Strategist across various levels. Earlier experience includes a role as a Quantitative Risk Analyst at iason and participation in the McKinsey Mentor Program at McKinsey & Company. Ozrenka's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mathematical Engineering with a focus on Quantitative Finance from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Belgrade.
