Ritik Sinha

Ritik Sinha is a seasoned AI and NLP professional currently serving as a Sr. AI Platform Engineer at Morgan Stanley since July 2025. Prior to this, Ritik worked at gnani.ai from May 2022 to July 2025 as a Sr. NLP Engineer, where key contributions included leading the development of a robust RAG mechanism for efficient document extraction and implementing a document ingestion pipeline utilizing haystack technologies. Earlier experience includes a role as a Deep Learning Engineer at WoWExp from May 2021 to May 2022, where Ritik developed an automated AI system to identify top candidate resumes and trained models for accurate data extraction from both resumes and job descriptions. Ritik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from JSS Academy of Technical Education, completed in 2021.
