Saugat Badu

Saugat Badu is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Development at Morgan Stanley since October 2018, Saugat successfully led the modernization of a legacy system, managing a team of 20 and completing the project 12 weeks ahead of schedule with zero service interruptions. Prior to this, Saugat worked as an IT Project Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2007 to August 2018, overseeing multiple high-budget projects and achieving a consistently high customer satisfaction score. Saugat also held the position of Technical Lead at Satyam Computer Services Ltd, where significant improvements in project delivery time and system performance were realized. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
