Veronica Finch

Veronica Finch serves as the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at Morgan Stanley since May 2025. Previously, Veronica participated in the BreakLine initiative, designed to prepare high performers for technology careers, from August 2024 to June 2025. Before that, Veronica held multiple roles at Nike, including Director of Recruiting & Global Conferences & Events and Senior Program Manager for Recruiting & Talent Engagement from January 2019 to January 2024. At Amazon, Veronica was responsible for implementing the Diversity & Inclusion strategy within the Alexa organization as a Senior Program Manager from May 2018 to December 2018. Veronica's career began at Microsoft, where numerous positions were held, including Senior Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Technical University Recruiter for the Asia Pacific region from July 2013 to April 2018. Veronica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering and French from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
