Zoe Labat

Zoe Labat currently serves as the Global Operations Lead for the Firmwide Campus Strategy and Operations Team at Morgan Stanley, having joined the company in March 2022, and also holds the role of Campus Recruiter. Prior to this, Zoe worked at Citi from February 2020 to March 2022 as an Assistant Vice President, Senior Recruiter, and held various positions focused on campus recruitment and statistics analysis. Zoe's experience includes a role as an Associate in Consulting at KPMG US, where responsibilities included managing data-related projects for Finance Transformation. Zoe's background also features roles in career coaching and internships at Boston College and KPMG, along with financial analysis at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Zoe earned a degree from Boston College in 2019, having previously graduated from Columbia High School.
