Dr. Gilliam is a practicing dentist in Philadelphia, Pa. A graduate of Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry, she is also licensed to practice in the State of Delaware. Dr. Gilliam is Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Gilliam Foundation, a member and Trustee of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Grand Opera House, in Wilmington, Del., and a member of the Northern President's Advisory Council of the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay, the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and the Board of Directors of the Delaware Community Foundation.
