Craig Norton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Craig started their career at VIP Tone as a Business Analyst, where they were involved in the development of school-wide ERPs and system specifications. Craig then established their own company, Ferris Information Technologies, providing customized PC solutions and software applications. At KPMG, they worked as a Senior Manager in the IT Advisory practice, providing services in IT project advisory and external audit. Currently, they are with Morgans Financial Limited, first as the Senior Operations Manager for Portfolio Administration Services and now as the Head of Process Improvement and Innovation in the Client Support Services department. In these roles, they managed teams and implemented process improvements, such as defining Salesforce functionality and developing Excel models. Overall, Craig Norton has a strong background in operations management, IT advisory, and process improvement.
