Jordan Grant

Jordan Grant is a skilled customer service technician with a strong background in IT support and team leadership. Currently employed at Morgans Financial Limited since August 2021, Jordan has previously served as HI&HS Service Desk Team Leader at Bupa, where responsibilities included mentoring a team, implementing automated processes, and enhancing customer service through data analysis.
