Kevin Paustian

Kevin Paustian currently serves as Vice President - Residential at Morguard, overseeing a vast portfolio of over 30 assets and 10,000 units across nine states since July 2014. Kevin has held various leadership roles within the company, such as Director of Residential Asset & Property Management and Asset Manager for US Residential. Prior to Morguard, Kevin was Vice President of the South Florida Lacrosse Officials Association and Regional Director at FirstService Residential Realty, where responsibilities included managing up to 20 assets, supervising over 40 employees, and driving significant improvements in occupancy and net operating income (NOI). His career also includes experience as a Senior Property Manager and Project Manager, demonstrating a strong background in property management and strategic operations. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University and has a strong track record of enhancing asset performance and operational efficiency.
