Parag Desai, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, analytics, and management. Currently serving as Manager - Reporting & Analytics at Morguard since January 2022, Parag acts as a key liaison among Reporting, Business, and IT teams, focusing on the development and maintenance of financial performance reports. Prior roles include Accounting Manager at CBRE, where significant improvements to the budgeting and forecasting processes were achieved through automation, and Finance Manager at SHETH CORP PVT LTD, where complex financial modeling for multi-residential projects was undertaken. Parag’s career began at Bees' Capital Advisory Pvt. Ltd, managing project finance operations for clients across various sectors. Parag holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
