Avery works on the development, scale-up, and optimization of the production and processes that enable the impact of Mori’s technology.
Prior to Mori, Avery worked in equipment and automation consulting, specializing in process development and custom equipment design. While studying Mechanical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis, he conducted research in AgTech, where he developed a strong passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious food production.
