Emmie Baillargeon

Emmie is a Pilot Plant Technician aiding in the tech transfer of lab scale processes to the pilot scale. She is responsible for overseeing processes, equipment maintenance, product sampling and testing. Emmie ensures the work she does creates a quality and trustworthy product.

Emmie has studied Biotechnology and has experience in a clean room manufacturing facility under cGMP conditions. She has always been an activist for human rights and she believes that food availability is a human necessity.
