Julia Heisler-Plummer

Julia is a lab technician on the Mori Manufacturing team, focusing on silk production and quality control.

She previously worked in a biotechnology lab, where she was responsible for setting up and performing experiments, as well as collecting and analyzing data. She also has five years of experience in the food industry, which drives her passion to minimize food waste.

Julia graduated with a BS in Biology from California Polytechnic State University.
