Wonseok Hwang

Wonseok is a scientist in the Materials Research team at Mori, focusing on the analysis and standardization of Mori’s technology.

He previously worked at the X-ray Crystallographic Center at the University of Maryland and unraveled the physical behavior in soft materials including proteins, DNA, lipids as well as synthetic polymers.

He received his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Maryland, where he designed and characterized an unusual temperature-responsive block copolymer system. He also holds a BS and MS in Metallurgical Engineering from Yonsei University in South Korea.
