Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd. is a company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of dairy products. The Company operates in two business segments. The Food segment is involved in the processing, manufacture and sale of milk, dairy products, ice creams, beverages and other food products. The Others segment is engaged in the purchase and sale of feeds and pet food, the design and construction of plant equipment, the leasing of real estate, as well as the provision of transportation and warehousing services. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 62 subsidiaries and seven associated companies.
