Murray Schwartz

Murray D. Schwartz is a seasoned legal professional with over 40 years of experience in complex corporate matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP since April 2023, Murray previously held the position of Partner at Warshaw Burstein, LLP from January 2015 to April 2023, and has also served as CEO of Murray D. Schwartz, ESQ, JD Legal and Business Consulting. Notably, Murray spent 15 years as Chief Operating Officer of a $700 million media company and fulfilled the role of Village Judge for the Village of Asharoken, NY from July 2002 to June 2014. Additional experience includes roles as Counsel at Herrick, Feinstein LLP and Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Murray holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Union College.
