Nathan Knight has extensive experience in people development and organizational development roles. Nathan currently serves as the Managing Director of People Development at Morning Consult. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at LifeLabs Learning.
From 2020 to 2022, Nathan was the Director of People Development at Better, where they built a team and implemented various programs for development, performance, inclusion, and engagement during a period of rapid growth.

Nathan has also held leadership roles at Equinox and WW (formerly Weight Watchers), where they created and led learning & development functions to drive employee engagement and development.
Nathan began their career at Deloitte, specializing in organization design and talent development and holding various roles in human capital consulting. Throughout their career, Nathan has shown a strong focus on employee development, organizational effectiveness, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
From 1999 to 2003, Nathan Knight attended Babson College where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Organizational Development.
