Kaitlin Lighthall is an accomplished Executive Assistant currently supporting the COO at Morning Pointe Senior Living since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kaitlin served as Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner at Northwestern Mutual from May 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing calendars, organizing travel, and executing office communication for over 400 employees. Kaitlin has extensive experience in event planning, having coordinated significant events such as a successful Annual Recognition Gala, and has held various event coordination and management positions in the hospitality industry, including roles at North Hempstead Country Club and Cold Spring Country Club. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Transportation to doctor appointments is also offered. • On-Site Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services are available through both an outpatient clinic and home health aimed at keeping residents independent longer. • Restaurant-style dining can be found in a central dining room offering three delicious meals per day, regular alternate selections and dietician oversight. • An Active Senior Social calendar keeps residents engaged with the greater community and includes intergenerational programming, service projects and regular weekly outings. • Additional services and amenities include, but are not limited to: a 24-hour emergency response system, housekeeping and linen services, barber and beauty shop covered porches, courtyards and walking areas.
