Alison Solway has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alison started their career in 2005 as an Office Manager/Advertising Assistant at WJD. In 2006, they joined the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care as a Marketing and Communications Manager, where they played a key role in developing standards for patient safety and quality. In 2012, Alison worked at Johnson Controls as a Social Media Consultant/Summer Resident, focusing on implementing an internal social media site for employees. Alison then joined Remedy in 2013 as a Senior Account Executive. Currently, Alison is working at the Morningside Group of Companies, where they started as a Marketing Manager in 2015 and is currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Leasing.
Alison Solway obtained a BA degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Michigan State University in the years 2001-2005. Later, in 2011-2012, they pursued a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Northwestern University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association in the year 2020. Additionally, they became a Licensed Real Estate Broker through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in 2016. Alison also obtained Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications from Google in 2015.
