Seth Rogers

Seth Rogers is a seasoned professional in leasing, marketing, and landscape operations with extensive experience in multiple leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Leasing and Marketing at Granite since January 2024, Seth previously held the position of Director of Marketing and Leasing Services at Yield Management LLC, where responsibilities included developing marketing campaigns for 82 properties and coordinating lease negotiations. Prior experience includes director and designer roles at EA Outdoor Services and L.M.L. Estate Management Company, where Seth focused on efficiency improvements and project coordination. Early career experience includes positions at Natare Corporation, Sandor Development, Lauth Property Group, Schmidt Associates, and Ratio Architects, with a strong foundation in design and project management. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University, completed in 2005.
