Lee Gordon

Lee is the co-founder and CEO and serves on the Board of Directors of Morningstar Corporation. He has 40 years of experience in the photovoltaics (PV) industry. Since 1993, Lee has led Morningstar in becoming a leading manufacturer of solar controllers and inverters, setting new standards in performance, innovative features, quality & reliability. His commitment to infusing integrity and ethics into customer service, product development, and employee management has resulted in over 4 million solar controllers sold worldwide. Prior to co-founding Morningstar, Lee was chairman and co-founder of Integrated Power Corporation, a global PV and PV/hybrid systems company that eventually was acquired by Westinghouse Electric Company. Lee holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
