Martina Yan

Martina Yan is a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Morningstar Corporation, responsible for managing a $10M+ budget for over 10 new solar products. At Morningstar, Martina developed and streamlined the New Product Introduction process, established quarterly milestones, and optimized project scheduling through Smartsheet. Prior to this, Martina served as a Project Manager and Field Application Engineer at Mini-Circuits, where key achievements included managing company-wide projects, implementing a PLM SaaS solution, onboarding design partners, and enhancing the customer experience. Martina holds an Executive MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master of Engineering from Cornell University, and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Telecommunications from Tongji University.
