Richard Sommese

Richard Sommese is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations management and customer relations. Currently serving as the Lead Operations Supervisor at Morningstar Marinas since May 2025, Richard oversees marina operations at Crown Harbor on Lake Norman. Prior experience includes roles as Maintenance Manager at LYNCOYA Cafe and Customer Relations Specialist at Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, where responsibilities included supporting the Aftersales Service team and managing Tier 1 customer service interactions. Richard also has a strong foundation in customer service from positions at Xfinity Communities and Verizon, where Richard developed C-Level relationships and provided technical support. Additional experience includes international business development with MEBS International and a sales executive role at EMC.
