Jordan Kelly

Jordan Kelly's work experience begins in 2013 as an Asset Management Intern at CubeSmart. In 2014, they worked as a Global Treasury Solutions Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. They continued with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various roles including Global Treasury Solutions Analyst from July 2015 to May 2016, Real Estate Corporate Banking Treasury Sales Analyst from June 2016 to May 2017, and GCIB Credit Analyst - Healthcare from June 2017 to March 2018.

Since March 2018, Jordan has been with Morningstar Properties, LLC. They started as an Investment Analyst and then transitioned to an Investment Associate in June 2019. In this role, Jordan was responsible for conducting deal screening and analysis, debt and equity capital markets activities, and integration with asset management and operations teams. They sourced and analyzed new investment opportunities and delivered Investment Committee presentations. In August 2022, Jordan became the Vice President, Investments at Morningstar Properties, LLC.

Jordan Kelly attended Devon Preparatory School from 2007 to 2011. After graduating from high school, from 2011 to 2015, Kelly pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) at the Darla Moore School of Business. During this time, Kelly focused on finance, specifically in corporate finance and investment tracks, as well as studying insurance and risk management and political science. Later, from 2020 to 2021, Kelly attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a specialization in finance.
