Kevin McAlpin Mba

Kevin McAlpin, MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and strategy consulting. Kevin is currently employed as the Talent Acquisition Director at MorningStar Senior Living. Prior to this, Kevin worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University and as a Talent and Strategy Consultant for multiple employers. Kevin also has experience as the Director of Talent at Alliance Physical Therapy Partners and as a Recruitment Specialist at Functional Pathways. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as an Account Recruiting Manager and Scientific and Healthcare Recruiter at Aerotek. Kevin also served in various roles at Laser Spine Institute, including Senior Patient Recruiter, Patient Recruiter, and Quality Assurance and HR Representative. Kevin began their career as a Web Editor at Liberty University.

Kevin McAlpin obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University between the years 2015 and 2017.
