Bessie Li

Bessie Li has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Bessie started their career in 1998 at IBM Technology Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., where they were a Compensation Manager and played a key role in setting up a wholly-owned disk factory in Shenzhen. Bessie then joined Hitachi Global Storage Technology in 2003, where they served as a Compensation Manager and later as a Senior HR Manager for Central Services in Greater China. During their time at Hitachi, they were involved in the acquisition of the storage business from IBM and worked with a team of 1000+ people. Since 2010, they have been with Morningstar, where they held various leadership positions including Director of Human Resources in China, Head of Human Resources in Asia, and currently serves as the Head of Talent & Culture in the Asia Pacific region.

Bessie Li earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Wuhan University of Technology between 1991 and 1995.
