Elizabeth Foos

Elizabeth Foos is an experienced professional in the field of municipal securities, currently serving as Associate Director of Fixed Income Strategies at Morningstar since September 2011. In this role, Elizabeth provides independent analysis of investment risks associated with municipal securities, enabling informed decisions for investors and intermediaries. Prior to Morningstar, Elizabeth worked at Moody's Investors Service from June 2004 to September 2011 as Assistant Vice President - Analyst, where Elizabeth facilitated access to the municipal bond market for governmental entities and managed a substantial portfolio of municipal credits. Elizabeth Foos holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same institution.
