Elizabeth Geraldi

Elizabeth Geraldi has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Elizabeth started their career as a Judicial Extern at the Circuit Court of Cook County in 2008. Following that, they worked as an In-House Counsel Intern at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. In 2009, they joined OfficeMax as Counsel before moving to Hyatt Corporation in 2012, where they held the positions of Corporate Counsel and later Senior Counsel. In 2020, Elizabeth joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Elizabeth then took on the role of General Counsel at Smart Circle International in 2022, where they later became the Head of Legal. Currently, they are the Global Head of Commercial and Legal at Morningstar.

Elizabeth Geraldi earned a J.D. degree with an International and Comparative Law Certificate from DePaul University College of Law in May 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in May 2005.
