Katie Beard

Katie Beard is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in product marketing and client relationship management. Currently serving as the Director of Product Marketing at Morningstar since July 2019, Katie has successfully led the execution of persona-based marketing campaigns and managed cross-functional teams. Previous roles at Morningstar include Senior Product Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager, where Katie developed key positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the flagship investment analysis platform, Morningstar Direct. Prior experience includes positions as a Trust Officer at WealthSouth, a Financial Consultant at Independence Bank, and Wells Fargo Advisors. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Political Science, and Political Communication from Western Kentucky University.
