Katie Geoffroy

Katie Geoffroy, MBA, currently holds the position of Associate Director of Customer Marketing at Morningstar, where experience includes leading the development of a standardized communication framework for over 100 team members and overseeing major outreach initiatives. Throughout a decade-long tenure at Morningstar, Katie advanced through several roles, notably improving client communications and achieving high client satisfaction scores. Previous professional experience includes project assistance at Pepper Construction Group and sales associate roles, complemented by internships in community journalism and marketing. Katie holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in English and Business from Canisius University. Additionally, Katie is a member of the Customer Marketing Alliance.
