Risha Rodrigues

Risha Rodrigues is currently serving as an Associate Quantitative Analyst in New Product Development at Morningstar, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Quantitative Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where factor analysis was a primary focus, and a Data Science Intern at Aryma Labs, applying machine learning techniques to Marketing Analytics challenges. Risha also served as an Analyst in Business Consulting at EY, assisting financial institutions in identifying process improvements and enhancing cybersecurity measures. Early career experiences include working as a Data Analyst for Myna Mahila Foundation, analyzing survey data for insights, and tutoring high school students in mathematics at Carmel Classes. Risha holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics and Data Science from Symbiosis Statistical Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from St. Xavier's College.
