Timothy Finley is a seasoned finance and sales executive with extensive experience in sales operations, financial planning, and strategic management. Currently serving as Global Head of Sales Excellence at Morningstar since December 2008, Timothy oversees sales operations, technology, reporting, and compensation for a team of 260 sales professionals. Prior to this role, Timothy held senior positions at LaSalle Bank, including Wealth Management Division Head and Director of Retail Strategy, where significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. Timothy's earlier roles include First Vice President of Corporate Development at ABN AMRO Bank and First Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at LaSalle Bank, showcasing expertise in corporate strategy and M&A. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and has also studied at the National University of Singapore.
