Hugh Pierce is an experienced planning professional with a career spanning over a decade in local government. Currently serving as the Team Leader of Planning Services at Mornington Peninsula Shire since August 2017, Hugh has held multiple roles including Principal Planner and Senior Strategic Planner. Prior to this, Hugh was a Senior Statutory Planner at Cardinia Shire Council and a Statutory Planner at both Bayside City Council and Mornington Peninsula Shire. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from RMIT University, where studies were completed from January 2009 to November 2012.
