Jessica Orr

Jessica Orr is an experienced professional specializing in governance and legal practice, currently serving as the Team Leader for Governance at Mornington Peninsula Shire since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Strategic Risk & Improvement Coordinator and Corporate Governance and Risk Management Officer at Byron Shire Council, as well as serving as a Managing Lawyer (Acting) at Native Title Services Victoria. Jessica has a strong background in legal research and drafting, spanning multiple legal internships, including at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law, Melbourne, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Arts and Law from Deakin University.
