Dr. Esam Alfalasi has extensive experience in the IT and technology sector, with roles ranging from Chief Contact Center Business Officer at Moro Hub, where Dr. Esam ensures compliance with Dubai Model standards, to CIO at the Ministry of Economy, UAE. Dr. Esam has also served as Acting Director of Automated Fare Collection at the Road and Transport Authority. Dr. Alfalasi holds a degree in ICME International Certified Information Technology Leading Consultant and has completed a Leadership program.
