John Covington has extensive experience in water management and governance. Since March 2005, John has served as the Administrator and Water Department Manager for the Morongo Band of Mission Indians. In addition to this role, John has been a member of the Board of Directors for the National Rural Water Association since April 2020 and has held similar board positions with both the Beaumont Cherry Valley Water District and the California Rural Water Association since November 2014 and April 2014, respectively.
