Michael Milhiser

Michael Milhiser is an accomplished public administrator with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at the Morongo Band of Mission Indians since July 2007 and as a Board Member Director for the Monte Vista Water District since May 2007, Michael has demonstrated a commitment to public service. Previous positions include Interim Executive Director at Tri-City Mental Health Center and City Manager for both the City of Upland and the City of Ontario. Michael's career in public administration began as City Administrator for the City of Montclair. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts from Chapman University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Chaffey College.
