Software Developer / Solution Architect / Team Leader at MoroSystems

Martin Dulák has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Martin started their career at TEDxKošice in 2012 as the Main Organizer, where they were responsible for organizing events. In 2013, they became an Entrepreneur at 3,14. In this role, they managed their own business.

In 2014, Martin joined IBA CZ as a Java Developer. Martin later became a Java Developer / Team Leader, responsible for leading project teams and participating in project planning, team organization, work quality control, and communication with customers. In 2016, they were promoted to Unit Manager, where they directly managed up to 13 developers, focusing on their career development and mentoring, as well as setting and meeting unit goals.

Currently, Martin is working at MoroSystems as a Software Developer / Team Leader, a position they have held since 2017.

Martin Dulák completed their education from 2012 to 2015 at Masaryk University Brno, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Informatics. Martin continued their studies at the same university from 2015 to 2017 and obtained a Master's Degree in Service Science, Management, and Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Martin obtained the Cambridge English: First (FCE) certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment in June 2011. Martin also holds the Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF) B1 certification from Education Nationale, which was obtained in February 2010. Moreover, Martin has acquired several certifications related to Jira administration and Agile development from Atlassian. These include ACB-110 Advanced Jira Workflows obtained in September 2018, ACP-100 Jira Administrator obtained in April 2017, ACP-300 Agile Development with Jira Software obtained in May 2017, and ASB-152: Issue Security In Jira obtained in July 2020.
