Giorgio Grasso

Giorgio Grasso has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 1998, they worked as a Research Fellow at Rutgers University. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a General Consultant at Fraunhofer ITWM. In 2006, they joined the University of Messina as an Assistant Professor. In 2008, they became a Board member at Etna Hitech, where they served until 2011. In the same year, they also became a Partner at Noviacom.it and B&G Consulting S.r.l. In 2016, they started working as a Scientific Advisor at Morpheos and Flazio.com. Lastly, in 2019, they founded SmartBug.

Giorgio Grasso has an extensive education history. Giorgio pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Solid State Physics from the Università di Catania, graduating in 1993. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1993, they attended Liceo Scientifico Principe Umberto. Giorgio then pursued their Master of Science degree in Numerical Simulation and Robotics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, completing it in 1998. From 1993 to 1996, they attended UCL, where they focused on Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, and Numerical Simulation. Giorgio Grasso continued their education at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earning their PhD in AI, Robotics, and Computer Science in 2000. Lastly, from 1975 to 1979, they studied at Giovanni Verga; however, the specific degree or field of study during this time is unknown.
