Senior Director – Global Customer Success at Morphisec

Tal Anish has had a diverse and successful career. In 2000, they began working at BT as a Strategic Partnerships Global Account Manager. In 2005, they took a break to travel and work in Asia, Australia and Central America. In 2008, they became the Regional Sales & Channel Manager (West Africa) at SkyVision, where they managed a team of 5 territory sales people and achieved annual sales revenue of $3. In 2013, they became the Regional Business Manager at Panaya and exceeded annual target by 60%. In 2015, they became the Sales & Marketing Director at ITway Network Solutions LTD and achieved new business expansion of 140%. In 2016, they were promoted to Global Director of Customer Success at Pepperi and was responsible for building a global team from scratch, formalising strategy, processes, systems and dashboards, with a focus on churn reduction, upsell of new features and negotiating contract renewals with global enterprise customers. In 2021, they became the Global Director of Customer Success at Morphisec, where they are responsible for managing the Global Customer Success team and ensuring the highest levels of customer value.

Tal Anish has an education history spanning from 1987 to 2020. From 1987 to 1995, they attended Chatham House Grammar School, where they completed their secondary school and A-Levels. From 1995 to 2000, they attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they earned a BA (hons) in Retail Marketing.
