Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Communications at Morreale Communications, Marisa previously held notable positions as Chief Operating Officer at C-Strategies Inc. and Director of Communications for the Illinois Department of Human Services, where responsibilities included media strategy and grassroots communication for vulnerable populations. With a strong background in crisis and risk management as Vice President at Edelman, Marisa has also consulted for high-profile political campaigns and provided senior advisory services at Tribune Publishing Company. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia College Chicago.
