Hiedi Mitchell possesses extensive experience in human resources and administrative operations, currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Morris County Government since March 2020, where responsibility includes managing the full-cycle recruiting process and maintaining accurate candidate records. Previously, Hiedi held the position of Administrative Operations Manager at Inception Athletics, enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining HR functions. A long tenure at AT&T included roles as Workforce Reporting Project Analyst, HR Project Manager, and Executive Assistant to the HRVP, where Hiedi implemented innovative HR strategies, improved recruitment metrics, and provided comprehensive executive support. Hiedi holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration from County College of Morris and a Master’s Certification in Project Management from AT&T School of Business / Steven's Institute.
