Yeshwinder Patial

Yeshwinder Patial is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Morris Garages India since 2017, Yeshwinder is integral to establishing an inclusive workplace culture and developing HR strategies for startup operations in the Indian automotive market. Prior to this role, Yeshwinder held the position of General Manager & Business HR Head at Lava International Limited, overseeing HR processes at multiple manufacturing facilities. Yeshwinder's career spans over a decade at General Motors, where responsibilities included leading HR operations, managing compensation and benefits, and driving HR transformations across India.
