Their most recent role was as the Western Regional Sales Director at Morris Group International, where they managed 9 manufacturer representative firms and strengthened relationships with wholesalers, engineering firms, and architect firms. Before that, they worked as a District Manager at Professional Plumbing Group, Inc, overseeing two subsidiaries and covering major professional market channels for the plumbing repair industry. Prior to that, they worked as a General Contractor at Legacy Homes/Tenaya Homes, where they were involved in all aspects of construction and sales of residential single-family homes. Bob also served as a Business Development Sales representative at Overhead Door Corporation, where they focused on recouping market share and leading new residential contractor accounts. Bob's early career includes experience as a Regional Sales Supervisor at NCH Corporation, specifically in the PlumbMaster/Danco division, where they focused on meeting needs in various markets by providing plumbing repair and maintenance parts.

Additionally, they hold a Real Estate License obtained from the Idaho Real Estate Commission in May 2009, and a General Contractor certification from the State of Idaho in 2006.
