William has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as President of Morris Knowles & Associates, Inc., and previously held positions as Vice President and Senior Project Engineer at the same company since January 2013. Additionally, William contributed as a member of the Hempfield Township Planning Commission from January 2014 to December 2022, where responsibilities included reviewing land development proposals. Prior to this, William worked as a Project Engineer/Manager at EADS Group, Inc., and was involved in various civil engineering roles at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., and The EADS Group. William earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Point Park University between 1995 and 2000.
