Lianne Shannon (MCIPD) has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lianne began their career as an HR Staffing Officer at North Tyneside Council in 2004. Lianne then moved on to Sage, where they worked as an HR Assistant Advisor, Learning & Development Specialist, and HR Business Advisor from 2005 to 2010. Following this, they joined EE as a Regional HR Business Partner for Customer Operations for a year before becoming a Divisional HR Business Partner for Retail. At EE, Lianne was responsible for various areas of HR, including change management, recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, reward, and HR operations. In 2016, Lianne worked as a Senior HR Officer at Perth & Kinross Council before taking up their current role as the Head of Human Resources at The Morris Leslie Group.

Lianne Shannon (MCIPD) has a solid educational background that has equipped their with the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of human resources management. Lianne obtained their Masters Degree in HRM&D from Northumbria University in 2012, following their completion of a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM&D from the same university in 2007.
