Joe Berklund

Joe Berklund represents venture backed and backable emerging technology companies and investors across a wide range of venture capital, growth equity, and private equity transactions.

In working with emerging technology companies, Joe also regularly serves as general outside counsel, utilizing specialists across MMM as needed to deliver legal advice in key areas affecting scaling businesses, including executive compensation and stock options, licensing, technology transfer and customer agreements, data and privacy, tax, employment and intellectual property. Joe also works with clients to add value in other ways through his network and the MMM ecosystem, including making introductions to capital sources, advisors, board members and other individuals and groups that can be resources to growing businesses.
