Matthew Wochok

Matt Wochok represents clients in a wide range of domestic and international tax matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and fund formation. Matt also has extensive experience advising clients on capital markets offerings, real estate transactions, and financial products. He has represented a wide variety of clients including early-stage companies, large financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, tax-exempt entities, captive insurance companies, investment funds, and large sovereign wealth funds.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt was an associate in the New York and Washington, DC office of two large international law firms.
