Brian P. Hebert

Brian P. Hebert currently serves as co-CEO of Morris P. Hebert, Inc.

Brian joined MPH in 1988, working as a rodman while attending Nicholls State University. He became Office Manager in 1995 and was named CFO in 1997. In February of 2019, Brian was appointed co-CEO of Morris P. Hebert, Inc.

As CFO, he was responsible for the company’s fiscal function and performance. He provided strategic financial input and leadership on decision making and evaluated the impact of long-range planning and introduction of new programs. He provided timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO and COO in performing their duties. He also managed the Administrative and Human Resources Department and served as the company’s Retirement Plan Administrator.

As co-CEO, his responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations, developing higher-level company strategy, directing the company’s overall growth, and being the public face of the company. Mr. Hebert also serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the MPH Board of Directors.

During his time as CFO and co-CEO, MPH has enjoyed significant growth, opening new offices in San Antonio and Midland, Texas. During this time MPH has also expanded its scope of services and client base to include other market sectors.

Mr. Hebert received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University in 1993.
